z3 Stuck on Logo - GSM-Forum

Today i received a Z3 from a Client, I dont know if it is D6603 or D6653, anyway it is stuck on Logo, Flashes the logo then continues with a Blank Lcd, the hard part is the Bootloader cannot be officially unlocked, I tried updating with Sony Companion, wont continue after choosing flashmode, tried with flashtool too it is stuck on :25/034/2015 16:34:15 - INFO - (X10flash.java:596) - Reading device information
25/034/2015 16:34:15 - DEBUG - (USBFlashWin32.java:55) - Reading packet from phone

Can i have some ideas please ? Thank you
