Hello, I have followed your instructions and video to where you open overview but I dont have the dual window option. The phone was reset so no other apps were running. I also have the apk on the sd, I have the Metro PCS LG G4.

in video i just show you the keyboard settings then press vol down (overview) but there is a lot off way to get dual window just try use your mind you will get way easily

Brother, my mind is cloudy with a cold right now

when I press vol down I dont have any dual window. I have set overview, googled how to open dual windows at that point I have nothing. My guess is this Metro version might be different.

Thank you! I encounter the following problem while applying all of your steps:
I have successfully installed the app. The problem is that under settings (general) the option USER in between CLOUD and ACCESSIBILITY is not listed. I cannot see USER anywhere. Any ideas on how I should best proceed? Thank you so much!
