I've had this for what seems like forever, enjoy!
Sprint LG SIM Unlock, No root; box, download mode. Simply enable USB debugging and send the following:

 adb shell content insert --uri content://com.lge.node/omadm_node --bind key:s:OMADM_SIMLOCK --bind value:i:2

PS: There is much more you can do with this enable data roaming menu, enable apns menu, etc.

After using the command, the phone can read the card, but without the network, APN cannot be set.

Because LG change lock algo in new version.

This cmd work on old firmwares without encryption with HW ID.
