I need help removing FRP Lock on Verizon Lg V10 (VS990). Hard reset V10 and now it is asking to sign in with original owners google account. Can someone help me remove?

Any updates on this? I have a guy that said he can do it for $40, but I have't heard of any solutions. He said "First you out in developer mode, then you can remove".

To put into download mode you need a optimus cable by gsmserver

I can do it but yes you need to enable developer mode and no there's not a magic " tot" file that someone randomly made ..you cant do that..just like samsung and their signed .tar files LG files are also signed and you can't just flash random crap tru their flasher...but back to point LG V10 IS POSSIBLE.
