GM750 stuck in Emergency Download" mode I once flashed my GM750 with a wrong firmware and bricked it. Until recently, flashing a kdz file always failed (phone suddenly lost connection during flashing). This time, I unpacked a v10f .dz file and flashed all of its contents via LGMDP. To my surprise, the process worked. Unfortunately, the phone is still stuck in "Emergency Download" mode. That is, when pressing the power button, instead of showing the LG logo, it enters the download state. I also tried running LG Mobile Support Tool, but it tells me that there are no updates available and it stops. Please, is there anything I can do to stop the phone from entering "Emergency Download" by default ? I tried asking on xda-developers but no one bothered. Any help would be much appreciated !

Use this LGMDP and directly flash the DZ file, don't extract it (you'll get DZ button on the right lower corner of file selection window). LGMDP_EURO_Ver_1_6_Build_2_4.rar try and post result.

Flashed the dz file using the same LGMDP (same version as yours, linked by someone from here). Operation was successful, but phone still opens in Emergency Download.

Yeah. Wanted to upgrade to 6.5.3 using a rom made for GM730. I thought it would work since GM750 is just a Vodafone-branded 730... Anyway, it was V20H. Apparently I fixed it though. How ? By using that Russian KDZ flasher, or how was it called . Apparently, the guy who made the program is smarter than LG xD I'm still wondering though... wouldn't it be possible to keep the V10F firmware/bootloader and replace the WinCE image with 6.5.3 (in the unpacked .dz file) ? Also, how can I make a 100% complete byte-by-byte backup image of my phone ? I see alot of options for HTC or Android phones, but not for this one. Thanks for your patience and help !
