sacar bateria, poner bateria, mantener presionada la tecla de bajar volumen y conectar el cable usb al celular

1.Power off your phone
2.Press together volume down + power key
3.Press power key to erase all data
4.Press power to confirm
5.Wait until the phone restarts

I have lg e615 and i tried the usual ways to reset it but it doesnt work and instead of giving me the droid pic meaning its reseting it give me a pic. Of a notice of my mobile with 2 things plugged in and an X over it and then the mobile opens normally with no changes .. any help please ??
