How to enter unlock code for lg ms345 or lg Leon? - Page 2 - GSM-Forum

I have faced the same problem, however the phone has a new security. I have been told by an Unlock Server that the only way to unlock it is a premium service using the unlock app from the original provider of the phone. Usually service is at around $30-$50

New devices from metro and tmobile have the unlock menu hardlocked and only unlocks by the server-side tmobiles app. However I have successfully unlocked several samsung devices via z3x direct unlock. There are only 2 ways to unlock these new devices either by the unlock app or direct unlock which patches the firmware lock. Now we just sit and wait until these new phones are added to the boxes.

I have here same case with metro pcs ms345, I have enter Unlock code the phone successfully unlock but when the phone restarted, the phone back into service provider lock, when i try to enter the code again hopefully,
service provider cannot enter code it shows your phone is not personalized

can any one help us, please, please please

You can now unlock the lg leon and the stylus by direct unlock with lgtool. I have tested it and worked fine.

and how is worked because i cant connect the phone to the seetool

What worked for you? entering the secret code and then through it the unlock code?? because people are saying here it doesn't work.
it also doesn't work on the LG G4 by Tmobile which is also locked with the app.

Make sure you have an active data connection via 3G/4G/LTE or Wi-Fi.
From the Application list, tap Device Unlock. (Note: The application may be located in the MetroPCS/T-Mobile folder.)
Tap Continue.
Choose the Permanent Unlock.
If successful, restart the device.

You must Request First to Unlock your Device by the unlocker then to activate just follow the instruction commented by @yasducine
