hi anyone from philippines?

my lg vu f100l keeps on rebooting,

it first shows LG then the LTE-ish

then it goes back to LG then the LTE-ish

so whats my problem?

is it the software? hardware? or battery?

its 100% hardware issue i have fixed many phones myself you just need to change the battery. and if you put charging cable into phone it will fully power on into the menu with even faulty battery. try it yourself. All you need is to change the battery and your phone will be ok. Good Luck

Hello sir,
When I try to use the KDZ Update tool, beore the flashing process starts, windows is giving error that "the program has stopped working".
I cannot flash the firmware and my phone is stuck on bootloop at LG logo. Also I cannot access Hard Reset menu.

What should I do? Please help me, sir.

Update windows framework. Try framework 4.0 or heigher. Good Luck

Its Not Error Wait Until Phone Restarted

How to Flash the LG Optimus Vu:

Then download the firmware updating software KDZ_firmware_updater and extract it to a folder. Install msxml on your windows pc by double clicking it.
Charge the phone to the maximum.
Entry Download mode (Vol- & Power Until come on display Download) & Connect Phone To PC
Disable Usb Modem Driver From Modem Tab (On Device manager )
Open KDZ_FW_UPD.exe
In the software window, select Type as 3GQCT
Select PhoneMode as DIAG
In the ‘KDZ file’ space, browse for the firmware you want to install. (In this case F100L40b_00.kdz)
Click “Launch software update”
The firmware flashing process is now underway. If all goes well, in 5-10 minutes the phone will be flashed with the new firmware.
After booting up fully, detach the phone from the pC.
