how to hard reset lg gw620?

Hold down the VOLUME DOWN button, MENU button (the one on the keyboard), and CAMERA button for about 5-10 seconds, and a message will come up asking if you want to factory reset the phone.

Step 2: Then select factory reset or whatever you want from the menu show you.

problem is phone need to activate with google account when power on not show menu, and i need to hard reset with buttons if is possible?

Yes brother i have the same problem.

the phone ask for google account user name and password.

how to solve please.

vol- + camera + menu with phonen powered on still ~10 sec --> acept and ready

no solution with buttons work
so just connect to Vygis box with usb cable and click Factory Hard reset
done

phone will b done without flashing

hello
here is my solution for you
i had one lg gw620 with goggle account blocked
and when usb inserted in phone, memory card was selected and you cannot change that because you can not pass that goggle screen

so here is what i do after many hours of trying with different tools and codes and key combination and what not

remove battery from phone
start vygis LGQ_1_85SD or higher
select gw620 and usb connection
insert battery in phone / DO NOT POWER ON
insert usb cable in phone
battery will show charging after short time
SHORTLY press power on
when lg logo appears press connect to port
then connect to phone
when android logo appears quickly press factory reset
wait for phone to reset
and DONE, your phone is reset

you will probably lose everything on the phone, but who cares, now you can use it again

i have one in my hand witch always playing a demo, i've done reset with octopus same thing, i had one witch asked me google account and i successfuly did it with octopus (factory reset) but this one no success
any idea?

or all who do not own vygis box and all solutions did not work just use HWK lg module, select qualcom, connect cable to phone then press power botton shortly and wait until phone displays android then click factory reset untill you loose connection or until phone turn off and begin to charge
tested 100%

works like a charm also with octopus......when lg logo apears hit read fone info and when android logo apears hit factory reset
