i try to hard reset via
hold volume up+ power button
hard reset shown but
on box with arrow and android icon and always blink.

any other solution?? tia

After you hold volume up + power. When the phone show the arrow box, release your hand and confirm hard reset by put the power again for hard reset. good luck.

power and volume down for factory settings menu..

if volume keys not work use srs rooter to enter recovery mode or miracle box

1- Hold Volume Up and Power Until the phone show Factory setting. Release volume up and power.
2- Press power button three times. and your phone restart

LG OPTIMUS L-01D HARD RESET DONE;
press and hold power + Volume up together. when LG logo appears release and imediately press power again then comfirm with power key.

You should be really quick at the moment when it blinks, Release the Volume Down button but keep on holding Power button. After that quickly press Volume UP button.
