. - Make sure you have an active data connection via 3G/4G/LTE or Wi-Fi.
2.- From the Application list, tap Device Unlock, the application is located in the MetroPCS folder.
3.- Choose the Permanent Unlock.
4.- Restart the device.

Alternative instructions:

1. - Turn the terminal on with or without a SIM Card
2. - Dial the code 2945#*(model number)#
For example: If your model is D802, dial 2945#*802#
For example: If your model is E610, dial 2945#*610#
3. - A hidden menu will appear. Select Network lock
4. - Enter the code and press OK
4b. - If your phone indicates "not personalised", enter this other code the code in the Service Provider category and press Unlock.
