i dont think you need a box for that. if the account is secondary you can easily delete it from account menu. if its the main then you have to do factory reset and you will loose all data of your phone

go to emergency calll and type
" 2945#*380# " if this work it will redirect on a menu then perform factory reset

Switch the power off.
Click and hold the Power Key + Volume level Down Key on the mobile phone.
Release the Power Key only when the LG company logo is shown, then quickly click and hold the Power Key again.
Launch all important factors when the Factory data reset display screen is shown.
Click the Volume level Key to scroll to the desired choice, then click the Power Key to validate.

If you have a Octopus LG put the cel in Download Mode and Select in the Software:Reset Screen Lock.
