CAN ANY ONE HELP HOW TO HARD RESET LG E615

I FIND SOME SOLUTION BUT ITS CANT WORK

1. When the phone is switched off, press and
hold the Volume down key + Power key
with your left hand.
2. When the LED on the bottom of the phone
lights up, release Volume down key
+ Power keys and press and hold the
Home key (for about 2 seconds) at the
same time.
3. The phone will turn on and perform a
factory reset immediately.

BUT NOT WORK
IF ANY ONE HAVE SOLUTION PLZ HELP ME

its not working its do by z3x box

Working well on E615
-Power off set
-Press volum down
-Press power
-When light come on botom key , quicky press home key and release volume + power
-release home key after 2-3 second
-the set enter in reset mode with a Android animated pict
I succesfully done 1 set today

Solution 100% working. Tried on one set.

hard reset for that model is not yet tested,..

this will ok 1000000000% tested!

download firmware from the support of LGTOOL
open LGEtool select model
load the file and flash wait until done
