Member: 2317848 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | Hard reset by buttons Turn the power off. Press and hold the Power/Lock key + Volume Down key. Once LG Logo appears on the screen, release all Keys. After some seconds,Software allows you to select factory reset function in the Android system recovery utility. Scroll the list by Volume keys and select it by Power/Lock key. |

Member: 1744270 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1607236 Thanks Meter: 6 | power off the phone and then press volume down key and power off key at the same time till hardreset menu shown on the screen. after that that instruction shown on the screen. press two time power key to confirm the hardreset done.  |

Press Volume Down button and Power Button together until the LG logo appears on the screen Release held keys when the LG logo appears on the screen.
