Handset unlock counter permanently locked, and cannot root the phone .

any ideas?

To root use DP root (or something like that) specially for lg android 5.x version...should work

Is it possible to downgrade the firmware? I have the relevant .kdz file but can't find the .dll

if u have kdz file then not needed .dll

In the Guide - LG FLASHTOOL asks you to select phone cdma as phone version , is this ok as my handset is gsm uk spec ?

And I Currently on 5.1.1 - Downgrade will work without any problem?

My Software Version is currently V15a-234-15
