LG G2 Verizon VS980 Stuck in fastboot mode - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I got a LG G2 VS980 in for repair recently, it says customer was trying to hardreset the device but now it's stuck on "Secure Booting Error! Cause boot certification verify"

Is a simply softawre flash needed or is it a hardware problem?

whoops i got the title and model wrong, that's for another phone i have...
this one model is D802
it shows the message "Secure Booting Error! Cause boot certification verify" then shuts down again, doesnt even show th ebattery charging logo

simply flash the phone with stoch rom

i tried to enter download mode on my device, i see the words download mode then it immediately restarts and shows me fastboot mode started, if i use command fastboot devices i see my device but the device id is ?

Make sure ur phone power off and holding volume up buttom and insert usb cable ur phone will go on emmergency mode.
