LG H811 sim unlock TMobile US - GSM-Forum

I have recently bought LG G4 H811 but seems that it has some bad "history"

Job done , cannot receive money back.

What are my option for sim unlockining device ?

Current status : cannot unlock with Tmobile based apk as "The device has an outstanding balance that must be paid"

Phone bought from US , now it's in Bulgaria.

just for information :
Phone unlocked via EBAY for 10 $ and the build in app.
