On this way it works only with some software vers. I had one where it didn't work. It was blocked on google login screen. I made software update with lg pc suite and after that i managed to reset it so: Home+vol- +power on press all these 3 keys till it vibrates than release power on key and after a fev secs appears the android reset screen. This method works only on the latest (actual) software version and was descovered by me after all possible attempts. Maybe it helps someone someday...

- power OFF phone
- press and keep "Volume down" + "Power ON" buttons together
- release pressed buttons, when "Return" and "Multitask" symbols will light
- press "Home" button
- wait till Android symbol will appear
