Hi I am new to this forum and I hope you could help me out with my problem. MY LG P970 was locked because my cousin played with it and incorrectly drawn the pattern for several times. It prompts me for the gmail and pword but those things doesnt work. I searched and tried several hard reset but nothing works. As I saw this thread, I was hoping that you could help me out. The screen shot that was posted, how can i download that software and what are the things I needed to do. Please help me out I am new to this concern and I really dont know what to do. As I read some forums, it says that no key combination for this model to be reset. THank you and I am looking forward for your reply.

by the way what are the cables that you are talking about? I am using usb cable to connect my phone to my laptop. Will it work then? thanks
