LG Optimus Extreme (LG L40G) Problems. I need help.


Problem #1 - Wi-Fi keeps turning itself off after a few seconds.

The first problem I am having with this phone is the Wi-Fi. This started about maybe two days ago. I think it started after I unlocked my phone. But I did a hard reset today and it's still doing the same thing while it's locked.

The problem is, the blasted Wi-Fi keeps turning itself off and I can't figure out why. I have tried resetting the phone completely and I have been through each and every option in the phone but I can't figure out what the problem is. I thought, at first, that the problem was in the Power Saver option. There is an option in there for Wi-Fi that, when turned on, it will turn off Wi-Fi data when the data is not in use. I have that disabled.

I really don't know what to do. It's gotten to the point where I can't even get on the Internet with my personal Wi-Fi for some unknown reason. I can't get on the Internet even with Wi-Fi on now. What is the problem?

Problem #2 - Mobile network state disconnected. Unable to get on internet when not using Wi-Fi.

This is actually a problem that I’ve been having for a couple of weeks now. I’ve already done all the troubleshooting; I have been through each and every option in the phone; I have called NET10’s technical support and every time I call, they always tell me the exact same thing. They always say to “take the battery and the SIM card out of the phone and wait about a minute, then put them back into the phone and turn the phone on.”

They even tried resetting my data plan and that didn’t do squat. I paid for the UNLIMITED* TALK, TEXT, DATA $40 30 Days plan. In my account settings on NET10’s website, it’s supposed to show Registered Services, Enrollment Date, and the Program Status when I click details under my phone, but they all say “---------. “ Absolutely nothing. And according to the person I was talking to, they’re trying to tell me that I don’t have a data and web plan. I mean, everything is just one big mess. It doesn’t make any sense.
