Can Somebody know how to do a hard-reset LG P970 without using any box or please help me sir

1 Switch off the phone, take out the battery and reinsert back in.
2 Hold the home and volume down button.
3 Hold the power button until phone turns on.
4 Follow the instructions on-screen.

LG Optimus Black P970 hard reset
I've already done this but 5 times but there's nothing any happen or changes to phone there's even nomessage appear on the screen is there anybody already experience it before please help sir

Correct key combination to Hard Reset for P970 is still unknown. But some ppl have done it with sending reset command through serial port, search this forum/google.

what you need : gw300 rj45 cable vygis z3x polar box and software select kp100 phone power on the phone wait until complete power on PRESS RESET wait for phone to reset done

if you have SETool card try LGTool sw.
working and tested reset for p970.
