Lg-vs950 after flash,loose service

Help please,on lg vs950.am using it before with gsm network.after i downloaded the flash file and update,it now loosed network,i try and update it still no network.only cdma network available now.but before gsm band network is working inside.hep please

1.- Need to be rooted, if not rooted use framaroot
2.-install root explorer or a buld.prop editor and change a line on it:

ro.build:target_operator=VZW

TO THIS:

ro.build:target_operator=OPEN

this line apear twice on buld.prop so shure to modify both

3.- install NETWORK by Philipp Mangelow from playstore its free

4. Turn off yoyr device insert your gsm simcard, and turn on again the device.

5.- once your booted, open NETWORK and change network type to WCDMA PREFERED, now you should be using gsm... to get data working just set you APN on mobile network settings

first of all check basband version on your device in settings->About->Software information. In baseband unknown - reflash phone. If baseband available-need to reset modem. If your phone rooted - just erase modemst1 and modemst2. If not rooted - root and do these steps. In most cases it help

I have Android v4.0.4 on my phone and after installed the ''Network_v1.03.apk'' by Philipp Mangelow.
Application is not opening it's saying that ''This application does not work on this device'' and just closing by self.
