is we can see no solution to unlock x210apm 8.1.0
but 7.1.0 can be unlock via server ..
so can we downgrade it without brick ?

Try to verify the ARB version, if it's not changed from 8.1.0 to 7.0 firmware, then downgrade could done be through JTAG.
