Unhappy noob needs help plz ....

hello,

i have managed to get my LG optimus pro C660 stuck in recovery mode.
Only the LG logo is still visible. The only thing i can do is go into emercency mode (yellow screen).
It's my own fault, i have rooted the phone and then i have put rom-manager on it and flashed the recovery, at least this was the aim . When i tried to boot into recovery mode the phone got into the LG-logo loop. Rom-manager f*cked up the recovery.
Can someone help me to get the right flash-file(s) ? And wich flashprogram will i need?

thanks in advance....

ok, i did some studying and got some stuff sorted out (must done it first )

phone is LG optimus pro c660
hangs in boot recovery (LG logo)
can boot it in emergency mode
installed the drivers for win vista pc, can see LGE android platform usb modem (port46) and LGE android platform serial port (port 47)
installed lgdp2_v36_umts and followed the howto (dll and rom in dz form)
ports set usb and port 46 and 47 in lgdp2
When i push start in lgdp2 i get the error "can't find monitor port"
And now i'm stuck ....
O btw, can someone tell me what the abbreviations like ESA , XXX, EUZ, TUN and so on mean? I'm also searching for an open belgium dutch firmware for my phone.
