LG Optimus L3 (E400) Made a series of errors ... the process is stopped, the process stopped, etc..
aplication camera (process com.lge.camera) has stopped
application settings messages (process com.android.settings) has stopped

Instruction to follow:

Download KDZ updater HERE
Download KDz file for you LG L3 E400 HERE
Click and install msxml.msi

Run KDZ_FW_UPD.exe from the extracted folder.
This is the very importand note: Before you connect your LGE E400 to PC for Flashing make sure to enter it to EMERGENCY MODE because if not and u are using debugged mode your phone will not detected to your PC message will appear "PHONE WAS NOT FOUND"

How to Enter in an emergency mode?
Press Volume + Volume - and power on
once you see emergency mode on the screen connect immediately your LGE E400 to PC

Chose TYPE as 3GQCT or CDMA for me im using CDMA & Phone Mode as DIAG.

In the 'KDZ file' space, browse for the firmware you want to install. (In this case V10E_00.kdz
Press the 'Launch software update' button.
The firmware flashing process is now underway.

If all goes well, in 5-10 minutes the phone will be flashed with the new firmware.

After that, you need the following:
You only need to go to the HERE
Download and Install the USB DRIVER
Software Update & Drivers
Install and Execute the LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL

make sure USB debugging is enabled
(usually in Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB debugging)
Connect your phone to PC by using the bundled USB Cable

Click Start Updating within the LG Mobile Support Tool to begin.
If your phone needs to upgrade, the Start Updating button will be enable.
The process takes about 20min

The phone software upgrade stopped before completion.
1. Don’t close the update tool, disconnect the cable and reconnect it. And check the USB Driver connection on your PC.
After that, please restart the update.
2. Otherwise, please select “Customer Support” – “Recovery Phone” in LG MOBILE SUPPORT TOOL.
Then, you can start to recover your phone.

Thats it and tested by me just right now
