Tmobile f3 P65910

Hi I searched on these forums before posting and didn't find a post that relates to my issue. So my friend has a bricked f3 and came to me so I can fix it and I thought it would be a piece of cake and accepted the task. I download the P65910b_05 .kdz and extract the .cab using LGextract then grab the P65910b_Develop .wdb and attempt to extract the .wdb using the LGUP_P65910b_05 .dll but it says Warning: Password may be incorrect! and crashes afterwards. I came here because another friend said the people here might be able to help. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Edit: Wasn't specific enough on the title can a moderator change the title to "LG F3 P659 .wdb extract Help"

More background info and new post since I can't edit OP.
The F3 was his moms phone and she complained that it was running slow so my friend factory reset the phone via the vol down + power combo and it wouldn't boot anymore.
