Unfortunately there is no sim unlock for ZVD and the previous unlock methods don't work. I can't decide if it's worth trying to roll back to ZVB as the phone is a paperweight anyways right now.

i followed the steps but keep getting the same error here is the log,

I think You missed something on your steps.
Read Carefully #1 Post and follow to thread step by step.

H811 Bricked you can Recover it only Download mode if you did wrong software or Downgrade by your self.

LG G4 Maximum phone Hang on logo Emmc Faults!
If you are Everything did Correctly Then Check the Phone Hardware.
Rehot EMMC or Replace it

Lg G4 Most of Phone EMMC Faults!
If phone is EMMC Fault You cannot recover it via that Qualcomm Tool.

You Should Ressurect it via a Professional Tool.
Otherwise ReHot and Replace EMMC please
