after reset my iPhone 4 ios 7.1.2 i can't install viber and youtube applications.
It says that i have to upgrade to ios 8.
How to solve this problem ?

There is a way, or there was a way. I'm not sure if it still working or not. You need to download the app in your computer with iTunes. then when you go to the app store with your iPhone, you will see a iCloud logo in the download button. If you hit it then it will tell you that your device is not compatible and it you ask whether you want to install the last known compatible version or not. If you agree with it, you will get your app.
