It seems that iTools contains some strange codes, but actually works. Personally, i do prefer this free Apowersoft phone manager, no need to enter the keycode, i simply click "Trust", and then i was directed to manage idevice data. After upgrading to the iTunes 12.1, my iPhone 6 can be connected to the tool without hassle, i guess this could be the possible solutions to apps that cannot work with iTunes.
