Dialog Sense mobile phone. MT6572 Android 4.4.2. Not rooted - GSM-Forum

I'm having a Dialog Sense mobile phone. MT6572 Android 4.4.2. Not rooted.
Its software crashing and boot looping in once of 3 months. For that have to visit nearest customer care center. There is no where to find that ROM. So I thought to backup and keep a copy of the currently installed ROM. So I have followed some instructions using MTKtool and SPFlash tool. But after the readback process, creating ROM file. But it cannot extract and grab factory.....recovery img file.

Most of details are matching. I used MTKdroid tool to collect info of my phone. What information required to match the firmware?
I cannot post a photo or phone info here. Website showing an error msg.
How to find "Device model : hct72_cwet_kk" in my device?

Please read below info.. This is what I found from MTKDroidtool. My Device is "DIALOG_SENSE_R13". Will it not work with this?
