Bricked dead Cubot Gt99 MT6589

Hope someone here can help me with this issue before i need to send my Cubot GT99 back to China for a service or replacement. Been banging my head on the wall last 3 days trying all ways to fix it.

I bought phone in November 2013 and till few days everything was working fine.

I had it rooted, installed CWM 6037, made repartition to get 1.5GB memory, i kept the stock ROM v4 and all was working fine.

I made all the same setups on my girlfriends Cubot GT99. Only one difference i turned off Google Play updates on her's.

So, few nights ago phone started freezing, and whenever i turned it back on (battery out to turn it off) it kept freezing, i noticed that there was a google maps update starting automatically every time. But i never made it to turn off these updates before freezing. I only managed to turn WIFI off but it kept freezing further.

So i kept pulling battery out then back to turn it on, and then it started getting stuck in boot, just showing Cubot logo.

Yes i know now i was stupid to not go immediately to CWM by holding power and vol up button and make a restore of my backed up ROM.

Instead i placed it on to the charger and tried to turn it that way. Phone then started vibrating repeatedly but wouldnt turn on.

Then i removed charger and from that moment my cubot gt99 wouldnt power on at ALL. No vibrate, no boot screen. It was bricked dead.

So i went to flash it back to original stock rom v4, and downloaded SP Flash Tool and SP MDT tool. Installed all MTK VCOM drivers for my Windows 7 laptop, but i alway got these errors when wanting to flash.

Error: No bootrom USB port was found! COM5 is not a bootrom(Preloader) USB Port. Auto Polling Number:0.

or pop up with:
BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032) |[EMI] Enable DRAM Failed! "

Also evertime i connected phone it was detecting device as network driver Alcatel single rndis mtk.

So i thought problem was with COM connection with drivers on my dead phone and then i plug in my girlfriends working Cubot GT99 to install drivers on living device.

Then i was able to fix Alcatel problem and get Mediatek USB VCOM (android) on COM port.

But still no succes.

Then i took my girlfriends Cubot GT99 and had it flashed, and it worked perfectly.
I noticed that her device was recognized in Windows as: Preloader USB VCOM port COM10.

After restoring her device i tried back to flash my dead Cubot and it was same problem again.

USBDeview software shows there is Preloader USB VCOM port COM10 but its not connected while there is a my bricked Cubot.

So to finalize this long post, is there any way to flash and save my Cubot or this is a hardware damage and i need to send it back for replacement?
