Press and hold Volume down button then Press Power button till a menu will come out "Android system recovery" after press volume up 4. Use the Volume button to scroll up and down and use the power button to select (click on). 5. Scroll down to "Wipe data/factory reset" and click on it. 6. Scroll down to "Yes -- delete all user data" and click on it. 7. After "Data wipe complete" click on "reboot system now" |

Member: 66399 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 42 | Probably these phones doesnt have a "standard" recovery . if so , You Must do this : 1) Find a proper ( !! ) firmware for your phone ( "firmware.pac" contains memory mapping ) 2) Find and use Spreadtrum`s "ReasearchDownload" software ( flasher ) 3) using memory mapping from firmware , select and erase userdata and cache 4) PROFIT . |

Member: 2788197 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hard reset cannot help you to wipe the data completely and permanently. The certain recovery tool still can gain the data back. Try Android Eraser to delete the data before selling it. |
