Press abd old down bouton+power on tecno N3 to get into recovery menu. Select Factory Reset with volume down. Confirm with power key. All of your data will be lost.

I have tried this but the reset menu did not come up. What happened was many I missed the pattern I normally used to open the phone and tried others many time. The phone then blocked and kept asking for my Google account which it did not accept. What else can I do?

Main thing is to use the only two buttons and listen to the time "4 seconds and not 4 minutes", you leave the power but kept the volume up pressed and make sure your phone is off before doing that.And while the menu appears, leave the volume up key and use the volume keys for option selection and power key for action selection.Hope you get it.

i just unlock my techno n3 following a post on this site. l,m so happy. but lost all my installed files, and some few that came with the phone. how do i start downloading new applications. i need help
