Help with MTK 65xx - GSM-Forum

Hi. I am new here and i wanna ask help with my s3 mini clone. The screen is stuck with the android bot and white box with a yellow arrow and a blank progress bar at the top. This happened after a factory reset in the settings menu. I cannot access recovery menu (Volume + and power). Any suggestions on how to fix it? The phone still charges and it is not totally bricked (I think). Any help will be appreciated. Thank you very much.

I also checked volcano box and its an additional hardware. By any chance, is there any available software which i can download and use to remedy this? Thanks again.
