Need to remove google account for this phone but first must be rooted is there any safe way to root this phone please

use srs root software to root the phone

srs need usb debug that is not possible as phone ask google acoount

Use volcano box for that... I will post picture of how u will do it imediately volcano box team updates my box for me ok
