Therefore below i will share you the trick and the tool that am using to solve it with image Guide.

without this drivers. the phone might not connect to the Tool.

1. Install the latest SPRD_NPI_USBDriver_1.4 ===> Link 1 !! Link 2 !! Link 3 !! Link 4 !! Link 5 !! Link 6

2.*Run the FactoryDownload.exe inside the Tool Bin Folder,*load the pac file (Get the product latest version) and then click Start. (It is the same as the SPRD download)

AFTER ALL JOB DONE ....

THAT ALL MAKE COMMENT BELOW FOR SUCCESSFUL DONE.

mine was it A11 hang on logo all phones i flashed 3 pc now and working ok i used this file for a11 : A11-W407A-6.0-OP-V007-20170316-RELEASE
