first vol down + power on 6 second ktouch a11+
then show factory mode conect usb cable
open miracle box soft android menu then click reboot recovery mode

then
Connecting to Phone,Wait..ok
Enter Recovery...
Done.
Connecting to Phone,Wait..ok
Wipe data...
or after in screen android logo apear
then press pow on 1 sec and recovery menu is shown
then wipe all data
recovery menu ke baad aap sab jante hi hain thanks
