Mtk 6572 unknown device - GSM-Forum

The phone is running ok. But it is affected by monkey virous. When i connect phone by usb than always show unknown device. Then i connect cable in vchg, dm, dp, gnd but same unknwon device. How i will can to connect phone in pc

My pc driver ok. Another phone working fine

what operator system you are using

Please check or change your micro usb port same as charging port.

Hopefully yours problem wilbe solved
