You should know clone phones are no mom and dad and without info no one can help even you request 10 times.

If you really wish someone help you regarding this you should read info with any of supported tool and post logs so someone will able to help you.

Btw you did not even posted problem of your phone and may possible to solve without flashing/firmware ?
