Hello, does anyone know where can i find a ROM for this phone?
It has NAND flash.

Willbe better post information by Commercial Tools .

The phone is formatted, I cant install stuff like CPU-Z to see specs of the phone.
Do you have a link to the "Commercial Tools"?
I also tried MTKDroidTools but i get nothing.

I know it has NAND flash and MT6572 cpu.
I also remember in CPU-Z it said something ALPS. in the board name

I flashed some random rom and the only thing that happened is that the camera flash turned on

This is what is says in the scatter file of the rom:
