There were viruses in the device. Before installing the firmware, I did backup with cs-tool, which means backup for flash tool. Then I installed a wrong firmware, the device shut down. Then I installed the backup with formating, but the device didn't switch on. I found a firmware Nothing found but still doesn't switches on. I think the device is not king sing k4, but it looks like king sing k4. Thanks in advance.
