Then tried to connect to my computer. It did not get connected. So I clicked the "disconnct" icon and the phone got hung. When I try to switch it on, the Android logo appears and nothing happens. I cannot switch it off also. Model: GT-19300 FCC ID: A3LGT19300A SSN: 19300GSMH SN-RFLC78CCG6ZND
