Taken from the russian website. Dual Sking S728e.pac ? Yandex.Disk
just change the language on the setting menu.

the problem is the resolution.. its in a low resolution. but if i connect my phone using moborobo via usb, the resolution automatically fix.. but after you restart the phone, the low resolution still exist.

Anybody has an idea on how to fix permanently?

update:

to set the resolution problem,after resetting the phone do not touch the screen dimmer then everything will fall into place.

if you flash your phone. make it sure that you uncheck the IMEI,Calibration,Bluetooth, etc..
just to avaoid the no signal error. change your correct imei using spd imei writer.
