Spd 6531 dual flash ic after read flash dead. Do not show actual size. Need solution.

When select 4mb than flash size become 8mb:-


When select 8mb than flash size become 16mb:-

My main aim was just read file. I do not get its actual file size. Tell me what is the actual size. After do this when i am trying to power on mobile do open.

When trying to write by auto 8mb 16mb one by one than show this.





My Question:-

1. How to read its actual size.
2. How to recover this dead phone.
