Sumsung sm-j700m 5.1.1

Hello,
This is for information:

SUMSUNG SM-J700M 5.1.1
Model: SM-J700M
Not recognized by odin.
Efectively it is a clown, it and recognized by SP Flash Tool.

I am flashing with SP Flash Tool v5.1352.01 for this device. But never dealt with successfully. Although I used the MT6589_Android_scatter_emmc, I had a previous backup of the other similar device. If running on a blinking red bar reaches 100%, always an error with the message: BROM_ERROR: S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054).

But still there is no way I can get to blink on the device. Here are the steps I made flashing with tools:

1. Turning off and disconnecting the battery from the devices (I also tried to blink with the battery but failed)
2. Connect the USB cable to the peripheral devices (but not to the PC)
3. Installing the USB VCOM Driver for MTK MTK6589
4. Run the Flash SP tool and enter the Scatter file
5. Click the "Download" button on the SP Flash Tools
6. Connect the USB cable from the peripherals to the computer
7. Look at the process of blinking the computer screen occurs.

Initially there is a process with a red bar marks. The device driver is also detected (see in Device Manager). When the bar reaches 100% in red, the device is detected by the DA USB VCOM port (COM 17). But immediately displays a BROM_ERROR error message: S_DL_GET_DRAM_SETTING_FAIL (5054) and the blinking process has failed.

Is there a way to restart my device? . I really need your help.

1] BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032) [EMI] Enable DRAM fail

Cause: SP Flash tool is unable to enable DRAM / communicate effectively with the device

Solution: Ensure that the file(s) you're trying to flash are actually for your exact phone model
Format the phone before trying to flash the file(s) again
Ensure the phone is switched off (with battery still inside) before connecting to PC for flashing.
If that doesn't work, keep trying with the boot key

2] BROM ERROR : S_DL_PMT_ERR_NO_SPACE (5069)

Cause: The size of a file is larger than the available / possible partition size.

Solution: Ensure that the file(s) you're trying to flash are actually for your exact phone model. Try another stock ROM

3] S_FT_Download_Fail(4008)

Solution: Fully Charge the battery. Use the latest SP Flash Tool. If still u get this problem, time to format the device. Note: in format Your all data e.g Nv data will be deleted...
