download the file and after that open
ResearchDownload and select the chipe file i recommend you to try both if and this wrong like touch not working . the file will erase the user area and write another user area. that what the file do i hope you can use it now ... soory you have to use it in fast boot

hi, check baudrate solution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
load pac file then go to calibaration tab un tick all, flash options tick repartition and reset to normal now you are ready to go click on start downloading icon then press vol+ or vol- then power button as well now connect the phone while pressing the buttons as mentioned above. you can release the buttons when progress bar showing that is downloading and remove when says passed other wise the process repeats its self as the phone is already connected in download mode. hope u succeed but remember wrong procedure or pac file selection results in bricked phones
