Need ,Symphony d46i power key way.charging ok but on off key not work.need the on off line, which came from near cpu. i tried but failed.also changed cpu but result same.

Please help my Inew v3 all of a sudden won't charge when on ( only charges when off)
gets hot and discharges the battery supper fast, I have bought 3 sets of batteries and even changed the charging port, still no luck. . Also it won't get recognized when plugged to my PC/Laptop. . . Any help here? Please.
