First change ear phone jack if not solve jumper all earphone conector on the board eccept ground the problem will solve (this is aplicable only for 3.5 mm jack of all mobiles).

i have kenxinda s310 it show somtime headphone icon or sometime dont i remove charging jack but prob same...........
