Chinese phone doesn't turn on

Dear.

First of all congratulations for this wonderful forum. I participate in other forums repairs, but this is my first post here. I hope this is the start of a great stay.

I have a chinese phone to repair: ibold Navy (In the PCB I can see a sticker: Model: V5U, and a lot of references).
The phone don't turn on. The battery is correct and when I connect to PC does nothing.
When I disassembly the phone, I realize that lcd flex connector its burned.

With a lot of patience I change connector.

the following occurs:
- Only with battery doesn't turn on, like dead.
- With battery and connected to PC, does nothing.
-Only connected to PC (without battery),the three buttons below (back, menu, home) blinking white light, but the phone doesn't turn on.

I checked if there was short between + and - of the battery connector with a Power Supply, but indicates 0.00A, so its all good.

What are indicating those lights? What can I do?

I take photos of the burned connector, and PCB, but I can't share because I don't have 10 posts.

Thanks a lot

Antonio

PD: Sorry for my bad English.
