Ginone Gpad speaker not working i replaced the speaker but its same ringer mic are working absolutely fine if someone have a speaker ways of this phone than please do post

any one can help me flash file of gionnee ctrv v3 every time i flash my unit it seem nr can i askothings happen , i downloaded most of flash files in the internet but no 1 can back to firmware to my unit, my unit now is 4.1 jellybean it hangs and my phone restart automatically but when i tried some flash files n flash software it is sucessful but when i turn it on my celphone nothings happens its always the new software and error coming back again and again please help me with my problem what to to, to make my software back to original, thanks a lot more power ....
